Invoices can also be exported to QuickBooks Desktop, thereby getting your revenue booked into the proper accounts. You simply set up your items in FirmTamer to align with your revenue accounts in QuickBooks.
Using our integrated merchant services, your clients can then pay their invoices using the link in the invoice email. This makes it quick and easy for your clients to promptly remit payment. FirmTamer has partnered with Forte Payment Systems to provide merchant services for our clients. Forte’s rates are very competitive: 2.79% + $.25 per card transaction plus a $15 monthly account fee. This is likely less than you are currently paying–and it provides the added benefit of being integrated. Your invoices and the related online payments can be quickly exported into QuickBooks Desktop.
